Bidder Restrictions: Contractors must be registered on the District’s Small Works Roster in the category “Water Pump and Well - Repair, Replacement, and Rehabilitation” at the time of bidding. Contractors not currently registered must submit a Small Works Roster application prior to bid opening or include the application with their bid submission.
