    Engineer's Estimate: $60,000.00 Project Description: The District is undertaking a maintenance and repair project at its Lake Stevens Well No. 1 to address identified electrical issues affecting well operation. The project consists of removing, and re-installing the well’s column pipe, submersible pump, motor, electrical cable, and associated appurtenances to facilitate electrical repair work and restore the well to service. Work shall include all labor, materials, equipment, tools, fuel, transportation, permits and miscellaneous parts as needed to complete the following work for its Lake Stevens Well Electrical Repair Project located approximately at 2008 131st Ave. NE, Lake Stevens, WA 98258, in Snohomish County. Bidder Restrictions: Contractors must be registered on the District’s Small Works Roster in the category “Water Pump and Well - Repair, Replacement, and Rehabilitation” at the time of bidding. Contractors not currently registered must submit a Small Works Roster application prior to bid opening or include the application with their bid submission.
