REQUEST FOR BIDS City of League City Southwest Water Reclamation Facility Expansion Project BID PACKAGE – TREATMENT PLANT CONSTRUCTION Link to Project: https://www.civcastusa.com/project/69cd6f23b37a043fe090beaf/summary Bids addressed to the Construction Manager at Risk, CSA Construction, Inc., will be received Online at www.civcastusa.com until 10:00 AM on Thursday, May 21, 2026 to furnish all labor and materials and perform all work for construction of the following described project: City of League City Southwest Water Reclamation Facility Expansion Bid Package – Treatment Plant Construction Bids will be opened and read aloud the names of the bidders and their bids online via MS Teams. All bids will remain sealed until the time of bid opening. A Teams invite will be provided in the bid package documents. Bids received after the time and date prescribed above or as modified by addenda, will not be considered. Contract Documents can be obtained at no cost at CivCast at https://www.civcastusa.com. Search League City, Southwest. All addenda will be issued on CivCast and all inquiries or requests regarding this bid are to be submitted to George Craig, gcraig@csaconstruction.com. Bidder is responsible for monitoring and downloading these documents from CivCast. Contract Documents may also be obtained by contacting George Craig at (713)-686-8868 or gcraig@csaconstruction.com. Documents can be viewed at the Construction Manager’s office at 2314 McAllister Road, Houston, Texas 77092. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the League City Southwest Water Reclamation Plant, 1551 South Maple Leaf Drive, League City, Texas 77573, followed immediately by site walkthrough, weather permitting. All bidders are highly encouraged to attend this meeting. A proposal guaranty is not required for this bid. The successful bidder may be required to furnish performance and payment bonds in the full amount of this subcontract agreement. This subcontract is contingent on City Council award of the Construction Manager’s GMP.
