The Department reserves the right to select one or more suppliers for award. Bidders of this solicitation must be registered with the State of Georgia Office of Secretary of State. Vendor must provide company's full legal name as registered, and the signature must be that of the principal of the company or authorized agent. Please note that your company must be registered in Team Georgia Marketplace to access documents for this solicitation and submit your response. Bidders must download and upload solicitation documents requiring signature(s) and/or data responses as part of their overall solicitation response within the eRFQ system.
