The purpose of the Solicitation is to contract with a responder(s) to provide additional equipment to the Municipal Tractors contract offering (Vermeer, MacLean, etc.), as well as Accessories and other Options, which may be purchased by State Agencies and Cooperative Purchasing Venture (CPV) members, on an as needed basis. For those suppliers who already have an active agreement under this contract release and may be able to offer the additional equipment being solicited, you are asked to contact Kristi Anton (kristi.anton@state.mn.us) to discuss contract options. Those who are not under contract are encouraged to response to this request for proposal in accordance with the RFP requirements. PRE-PROPOSAL MEETING. A pre-proposal will be held virtually on Thursday, January 22, 2022, at 11:00 AM CT. While attendance is not mandatory, interested Responders are strongly encouraged to attend. Meeting details are located within the RFP Content. SUBMITTING QUESTIONS. Questions from prospective responders regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing to Kristi.Anton@state.mn.us, no later than January 27, 2026, 3:00 PM CT. All questions received by the cutoff date and time will be responded to via an addendum. Contact regarding this solicitation with any State personnel other than the solicitation facilitator listed above may result in rejection of the response.
