Keep Warner Robins Beautiful is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified contractors to provide a 12-month tree watering service for newly planted trees located throughout the City in various park and right-of-way locations. The intent of this contract is to assist in ensuring proper establishment of recently planted trees through consistent, ANSI-compliant watering practices. Nothing in this specification shall be interpreted as relieving the Contractor of the responsibility of meeting all applicable Federal, State and Local codes and regulations. It is the contractor's responsibility to request any general information or minor clarification by the allowed date. The successful bidder shall give satisfactory evidence to the City of Warner Robins that they and/or sub-contractor carries Worker’s Compensation, in accordance with State Worker's Compensation Laws, and public liability and property damage insurance in sufficient amounts to ensure adequate coverage of the work, with the following minimum amounts acceptable: Commercial General Liability: 1 Million Per Occurrence / 2 Million General Aggregate Comprehensive Automobile Liability: 1 Million Combined Single Limit Umbrella Liability: 2 Million Worker’s Compensation at Statutory Requirement (only with 3+ employees) Submission of a bid constitutes acknowledgment and acceptance of all service specifications, requirements, and all terms of the General Instructions to Bidders, Terms & Conditions. No work required by this bid solicitation shall occur unless and until the required insurance certificates are provided and purchase order has been issued. All questions must be submitted via IonWave by Tuesday, March 3, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern time. Each prospective bidder must upload and submit their proposal with all required documents through IonWave by the designated date and time of Thursday, March 12, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern time. The bid, if awarded, will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, availability, and other factors considered. The City of Warner Robins reserves the right to accept none, all, or any part of the bid, and to waive all formalities.
