Project Work Period: It is estimated that the project notice to proceed will be granted September 15 th , 2026. All project work must be completed by December 31 st , 2026. Pre-Bid Job Walk: There will be an escorted pre-bid job walk into a project area sample to view and inspect various project treatments on Tuesday, July 28, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. We will meet at one of the project sites located at 300 N Ridge Drive, Carnelian Bay (APN 091-152-009; Unit 4). This is a residential neighborhood, so attendees may need to park a short distance away and walk to the meeting location.
