    Description

    The Board of Trustees of the California State University is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from interested and qualified general contractors (Respondents) to provide Design-Build (DB), Collaborative (Progressive) Design-Build (CDB), and Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services the design, preconstruction, construction management, and/or construction of a portfolio of projects under a master enabling agreement. The delivery method for this contract is Task Order-Construction Agreement for Multiple Projects¿ Master Enabling Agreement (TO-CA MEA).
