The County intends to award one contract to a successful applicant to this RFP.
Tuolumne County is a rural California county located in the foothills and mountains above the San Joaquin Valley, with a population of approximately 55,000 residents. The Tuolumne County Behavioral Health Department offers a variety of services, including the following:
The County is continually faced with the challenge of recruiting and retaining psychiatric prescribers, and has thus identified the need to provide some or all of these necessary services through Telepsychiatry.

A: "Contractor will ensure that all psychiatrists providing services will have all of the necessary equipment, software, and supplies needed to carry out the term of the contract when working remotely. The standard equipment Contractor provides for psychiatrists includes: • A current computer with Intel i7 processor, 8 GBs of RAM, SSD (minimum 128GB) for Operating System (boot drive), fully encrypted with McAfee. • Webcam such as Logitech C920, C930e, or comparable hardware. • A USB microphone, Blue Microphones Yeti USB Mic, with noise cancelling (due to interference from TV or computer speakers). • A business class Internet connection minimum of 5 Mbs (down)/ 5 Mbs (up). • Contractor uses Zoom Video Conferencing services for the secure telehealth interface and will provide all licenses needed for services. Zoom Network supports standards-based encryption (AES-128) that is available on most video endpoints today. • Contractor will ensure psychiatrists have the appropriate access to the County’s EHR for entry of documentation.
