The Contractor shall provide temporary personnel at various locations in Prince George’s and Montgomery counties as a field service or meter technician and perform meter readings. The Contractor will be required to provide and maintain training to all the Contractor’s proposed field personnel, after initial training by WSSC staff. Proposed field personnel will not be issued any work until training has been completed, and the personnel has demonstrated they can complete the tasks correctly per WSSC. Work shall be defined as tasks assigned for completion in an 8-hour workday. Daily work schedules will consider average time, commute, and complexity of the job when issuing daily assignments.
