New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation (OPRHP) is accepting bids for Contractors that can provide a temporary modular office building to house the Finger Lakes Region administrative staff during the renovation and expansion of the existing regional office building. The temporary office building will be located on-site at Allan H. Treman State Marine Park and will need to accommodate twelve (12) workstations in a central area, six (6) enclosed office spaces, two (2) toilet rooms, and a kitchenette space. The building will be located partially over an asphalt parking lot and partially over a compacted crushed stone pad that will be provided by OPRHP park staff. Water and sanitary stub-ups as well as electrical services will be provided on site by OPRHP park staff, with final connections to the building being the responsibility of the Contractor. The modular building must be installed and ready for occupancy no later than November 10th, 2026. For this procurement, OPRHP request that Good Faith Efforts are taken to include MWBE vendors where there is subcontracting availability. These efforts should be documents as, if asked, you must be able to produce a record of the actions taken to include MWBE vendors.
