    APRIL 30, 2026 NOTICE INFORMATION FOR BIDS FOR TEMPORARY PERSONNEL SERVICES IFB NO. LACDA26-050 Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received and publicly opened by the Los Angeles County Development Authority (LACDA) until the date indicated below under Solicitation Requirements for temporary personnel services. This will include furnishing all labor, material and equipment, and performing all work necessary and incidental in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and contract documents. An Invitation for Bids (IFB) package containing all submission requirements may be downloaded from the LACDA’s Procurement System website at www.opengov.com. Bidders are recommended to attend a non-mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting with LACDA staff in a conference call via a Microsoft Teams meeting on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, promptly at 10:00 a.m. This is a HUD Section 3 Contract and all Bidders must commit to achieving established requirements, including benchmarks, for Section 3 workers and Targeted Section 3 workers to be considered a responsive Bidder and eligible for a contract award. In submitting a bid, each Bidder thereby agrees that, if awarded a contract, it shall execute a standard LACDA contract, a sample of which is attached to the IFB package for reference. The LACDA shall not award a contract to, or be obligated to execute a contract with, any Bidder who refuses to execute said standard LACDA contract. The LACDA reserves the right to reject any and all bids. This IFB is not a contract or commitment of any kind. The LACDA is not liable for costs incurred in the preparation of the respondent’s proposal. LACDA reserves the right to issue supplementary information or guidelines related to this IFB. Notwithstanding any other provisions herein, the LACDA reserves the right in its sole discretion to waive minor technical deficiencies in the Bids.
