Any addenda received shall also be noted on the exterior of the bid package. Any bid received after closing time will be returned unopened.The City is exempt from Federal Excise and State Sales Tax therefore, tax must not be included in the bid price.The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids or waive any or all formalities. No bid may be withdrawn within 90 days after the date on which bids are taken.
