    Vanilla Box LL Work of an existing 1 story 38,000 SF commercial space SCOPE OF WORK CONSISTS OF: You are hereby invited to bid on the Vanilla Box LL work for Club Studio at Avenue at West Cobb in Marietta, GA. Landlord will be purchasing all the HVAC equipment directly and the corresponding trades will be responsible for installing. Landlord is doing a full roof replacement mid to late June, and we are looking for the HVAC sub onsite to install the RTU and exhaust fan curbs during this replacement. Landlord has also already ordered the 1600-amp switchgear. EC is responsible for installing and performing the service upgrade. Attached is that submittal for your use. Demolition is being done now and will be completed before the start of this work. Required Contractors: Fire Alarm – Atkins System Fire Suppression - Dynafire Division 01 General Requirements: Construction Waste Management and Disposal, Temporary Facilities and Controls, Temporary Utilities Division 3 Concrete: Sawcutting and patching of existing Division 4 Masonry : CMU infill of existing openings and patch , Brick patching and new storefront masonry curb Division 5 Metals : Steel Lintels, Beams, Shoring, Misc Metal for RTU supports Division 6 Carpentry : Install of doors, frames, and hardware, wood blocking at rooftop equipment curbs Division 7 Thermal and Moisture Protection : Insulation, Weatherproofing Division 8 Doors and Windows: HM Doors, Door Hardware, Exterior storefront glass AL framing systems Division 21 Fire Protection: Fire Sprinkler Systems Division 22 Plumbing: Water & Sanitary Piping, Insulation, Gas Piping, Division 23 HVAC: Install owner furnished equipment late June, Ductwork Division 26 Electrical: Install owner provided switchgear, Lighting, Switches, Outlets, Feeders, Rough in for low voltage
