REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) RFP # 26-016 The Ballpark at League City Operational and Financial Assessment The City of League City is now accepting sealed proposals from qualified consulting firms with demonstrated expertise in sports and recreation facility operations, financial analysis, and strategic planning to perform a comprehensive operational and financial assessment of The Ballpark at League City. Sealed proposals must be received by 2p.m., CST, Monday, February 2nd, 2026. The clock located at the front desk in City Hall will be the official time. Proposals received after this deadline will not be opened and will be considered void and unacceptable. There is an optional Pre-Proposal Conference/Site Visit on January 13th , 2026 at 9 a.m. The meeting will be held at The Ballpark at League City - 1150 Ballpark Wy, League City, TX 77573 to follow. Immediately following the due date and time proposals will be publicly opened, in a manner that does not reveal their contents, at Johnnie Arolfo Civic Center, 400 West Walker Street League City, TX 77573. The contents of all proposals will remain confidential until after a contract has been awarded by City Council.
