NUMBER OF COPIES TO BE SUBMITTED: One (1) Original Hard Copy + Three (3) Hard Copies + One Electronic Copy (to be included with the offerors proposal as a flash drive, CD, or emailed PDF attachment to DCR.BIDS@hawaii.gov) no later than February 19, 2026, 4:30 p.m. via Handcarry Drop Off Location, mail delivery with USPS postmark of February 19, 2026, or private mail delivery (i.e. FedEX, UPS, etc.) will be considered as a Handcarry drop-off.
