The STOP VAWA Grant supports projects and initiatives that are sensitive to the needs and safety of victims and hold offenders accountable. The term of contracts awarded through this Request for Proposals (RFP) will be up to a 24- month period, beginning June 1, 2026. Proposals shall be submitted on the Department’s online Grants Management System (GMS), CPJAD eGrants. Only online proposals submitted on CPJAD eGrants will be accepted for this RFP.
