Provide information on techniques or strategies to increase recruitment and retention of participants and lay leaders for the BCBH program. 2. Identify community partners, agencies or stakeholders who could assist in promoting the BCBH program. 3. Describe experience needed to successfully monitor program fidelity, oversee program administration, measure quality assurance, and identify and resolve problems within program or service delivery. 4. Provide suggestions for other services and programs for older individuals or family caregivers that may be provided in the future.
