No late proposals will be accepted. RFP documents may be obtained from the city website at www.seabrooktx.gov, through Public Purchase at www.publicpurchase.com, or through at www.civcastusa.com. Proposals may also be submitted electronically through Public Purchase. To submit a proposal electronically, an account will need to be created in Public Purchase, and then RFP 2026-11 can be accessed for electronic submission. Electronic Proposals must be submitted before the 2:00 PM deadline on August 6, 2026.
