The solicitation documents include, but are not limited to, the RFP. Consultants shall complete the required forms in their entirety and submit electronically with their proposal through the PlanetBids system. Consultants will not be able to submit their proposals without uploading each of the required documents through the PlanetBids system. Consultant's Fee Proposal should be submitted as the “Cost File”.Consultants shall upload each required RFP form individually. Please allow sufficient time to fully complete and upload each and every document prior to the proposal submission deadline.
