The Jamestown Area YMCA (YMCA) and Jamestown Community College (JCC) are seeking firms to submit qualifications for architectural and related engineering services in the development of a new wellness center referred to as The JAY Wellness Center. This document provides information about the initial initiative, as well as requirements for your written submission. Also included is information and requirements for an oral presentation and interview with YMCA and JCC leadership, if invited. JCC and the YMCA encourage all qualified applicants, including Minority-Owned Business Enterprises, Women-Owned Business Enterprises, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Enterprises, Small Business Enterprises and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises, to partake in the solicitation of these and all other services. The successful proposer must be an Equal Opportunity Employer. JCC and the YMCA will not reimburse proposers for any costs associated with the preparation and submittal of any proposal, or for any travel and/or per diem costs that are incurred.
