    Description

    A. The proposer must provide a comprehensive service fulfilling the following minimum requirements and must be able to begin July 1, 2026:i. Be able to design and prepare a variety of illustrative and graphics materials for brochures, flyers, social media graphics, promotional art, signage, webgraphics, logo designs, photo editing and manipulation, booklet layout, posters, and displays for public presentations, events, websites, social media platforms, and other digital media.ii. Provide videography, editing, and special effect services for video projectsiii. Collaborate with City staff on developing (1) magazine issue, which would entail creating a cover design and inside page styles that would be cohesive across the issueiv. Develop any additional layouts and graphics that may be required for the magazine, including but not limited to advertisements for City events and programs.v. Coordinate with production companies and other outside sources to acquire design assets as neededvi. Coordinate with printer and other vendors for production and delivery of final productsvii. Maintain an on-going schedule of work and clear status updates with City staffviii. Discuss the project and design ideas with City staff prior to beginning designs prior to designing the logoix. Participate in proofing and approval by emailing PDFs to City staff, with two (2) or more rounds of edits.x. Drafts designs shall be submitted to City staff on or before ten business days following the City’s selection of final designxi. A final proof shall be submitted to City staff on or before ten business days following the City’s selection of the final designxii. Package and send final artwork as a high-resolution PDF to printer site, per the defined production schedule to be provided by the City staff.xiii. Provide timely and detailed invoices for services renderedxiv. Provide City with a hardcopy and electronic version of materials in camera ready and file transfer format to be used at the sole discretion for the City for current and future usexv. Maintain an electronic archive of all graphic design projects developed by Proponent for City throughout the duration of Agreement and fulfill City’s request for electronic copies, of archived projects, as needed. Upon termination of Agreement, the entire electronic archive shall be delivered to City in an appropriate format.B. The City requires that the Proponent be available to complete work/edits within 24 hours of request when needed.C. The City anticipates scheduling 40 – 80 hours of design work per monthD. Proponent must, at its sole cost and expense, furnish all facilities, equipment, and software that may be required to provide services pursuant to the contract.E. All graphic products shall become the sole property of the City of Temecula.
