When court orders are issued, the County will contact a Contractor to engage in providing specific services.
Upon request of the County, a Contractor shall administer any court-ordered therapy and other related services, in accordance with the appropriate Court order and the law.
Proposers who submit a response to this RFP must have the ability to meet the requirements in this RFP, including complying with all the terms and conditions contained in this document.
