All proposers must submit a single, original hard copy and a USB flash drive in a sealed envelope clearly marked “RFP 2026-02 - THIRD PARTY BUILDING DEPARTMENT SUPPORT SERVICES” E-mail is not an acceptable format or method of submittal. Proposals that do not comply with the above submission requirements will not be considered.
