    BIDS will be received by Bayland Consultants & Designers, Inc., on behalf of the City of Crisfield via email to mbarniea@baylandinc.com for the Tide Gates & Stormwater Pump Stations until 5:00pm on May 22, 2026 at which time they will be evaluated. The City of Crisfield invites qualified contractors to submit bids for the Crisfield Tide Gates & Stormwater Pump Stations project by 5pm on May 22, 2026. The Project consists of the construction of two stormwater pumping stations, valve vaults, stormwater piping, backup generator and controls, as well as installation of 5 inline tide check valves in existing stormwater pipes. Work includes furnishing all equipment, material, and labor for the work described in the contract document drawings and specifications. The bid documents can be obtained on the City of Crisfield website: cityofcrisfield-md.gov/rfp-s-bids. Design and construction of this project is funded by Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) funds combined with 10% City match and remaining Maryland Department of the Environment (MDE) funds.
