ADVERTISEMENT FOR BID BROOME COUNTY LAND BANK CORPORATION TINY HOME SITE DEVELOPMENT 8 TRUESDELL | BINGHAMTON, NY 13901 Sealed bids for the Broome County Land Bank Corporation Tiny Home Site Development project at 8 Truesdell Street, Binghamton, NY 13901, will be received in accordance with the Bid Form, Contract Agreement, Site Visitation Requirements, and project drawings until 2:00 p.m. local time on Thursday, June 11, 2026. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time by the Broome County Land Bank Corporation for the following project. The project will be completed under a single prime contract with the General Contractor responsible for all aspects of the work. The project scope includes site development for two (2) Tiny Homes and consists of the following: Site preparation and development, including earthwork, concrete footings/foundations, foundation insulation, concrete flatwork, asphalt paving, overhead electrical service, underground water and sewer utilities, plumbing connections to the tiny homes, batt and rigid insulation on the underside of the floor framing, installation of pressure-treated front porches, railings and stairs, and a pressure-treated privacy fence. The two (2) Tiny Homes have already been constructed and completed by BOCES. The General Contractor will be responsible for transportation, mobilization, rigging, crane setup, and placement of the (2) Tiny homes from BOCES to the site. Prevailing wage: Davis Bacon Act Prevailing Wage Rates do NOT apply to this project. Digital copy of the Contract Documents may be obtained from the Broome County Land Bank Corporation. Bid security is NOT required. A pre-bid conference will be conducted at the project site on Wednesday, May 27, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. Refer to the bid package for various requirements including: insurance, M/WBE and EEO requirements, etc. The Broome County Land Bank reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to award contracts in the best interests of the Broome County Land Bank.
