All tires, retreads, materials, and services furnished under this contract shall meet or exceed all applicable OEM specifications, U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSR), and all other applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
