    Description

    The City is seeking qualified proposals from tow truck operators to provide tow truck service to the City. To serve the City for a ten (10) year term or as deemed necessary by the City Council in their sole and absolute discretion and as provided by Section 29-238 of the Municipal Code of the City of Fontana. If the City receives two or more qualified bids, the bidders shall be ranked from the top to bottom in accordance with the points each bidder receives according to the City's selection criteria. The City Council shall decide in its sole and absolute discretion whether to grant a franchise, at all, even if there are one or more qualified bidders. The City shall have the sole and absolute discretion to determine whether it will subsequently seek future bids for tow truck service.
