The Town intends to use in part, 2026-2027 NYS Department of State (DOS) Smart Growth Grant funding for the consultant services necessary for the coordination of the planning process, preparation, and adoption of the law which will be a modern, unified, enforceable, and user-friendly zoning framework aligned with the Town’s Smart Growth Comprehensive Plan and community values.
