For this project, the selected firm will assist the Town to monitor and supervise all CDBG program activities, including but not limited to: · Program Delivery o SHPO submissions/coordination; and other applicable environmental reviews o Preparing project bid documents; o Distributing bid requests; o Reviewing bid requests; o Preparing and executing contracts; o General file project maintenance; o Working with property owners directly. · Grant Administration o Preparation of NYSOCR reports; o Closeout/monitoring of program; o Preparation/coordination of disbursement requests; o Marketing the program; o Other general administrative or compliance tasks related to the program.
