    Description

    The Town of Farmington is requesting proposals from qualified firms to assist the Planning and Zoning Commission in preparing and adopting its 2028 Farmington Plan of Conservation and Development. Proposals will be received at the Town Finance Office, 20 Monteith Drive, Farmington, CT 06032 until 11:00 a.m. on May 1, 2026, at which time no further proposals will be accepted. Interested firms are requested to submit eight (8) sets of the proposal submission (one (1) original and seven (7) exact copies) and one (1) thumb drive containing the entire proposal submission. Each proposal shall document the firm’s intent to meet the criteria listed in the RFP and shall include a cost proposal in a separate sealed envelope. All questions must be submitted by 12:00 p.m. on April 17, 2026, to Shannon Rutherford, Town Planner, at planning@farmington-ct.org. Faxed and E-mailed proposals will not be accepted, nor will submissions through CT Source. See RFP documents for full details
