Each proposal shall document the firm’s intent to meet the criteria listed in the RFP and shall include a cost proposal in a separate sealed envelope. All questions must be submitted by 12:00 p.m. on April 17, 2026, to Shannon Rutherford, Town Planner, at planning@farmington-ct.org.
