    The Town of Greenburgh (“the Town”), through the Department of Community Development and Conservation, seeks proposals from Professional Planning and/or Engineering Consultants with demonstrated experience in SEQRA analysis, including review of utilities, traffic, and school impacts. The selected consultant will complete the SEQRA-related analysis tasks noted herein associated with Four Corners Zoning regulations that are separately being drafted as part of a New York State Department of State (NYSDOS) Smart Growth Grant. The SEQRA analysis will support these Zoning Ordinance Regulation updates which are designed to facilitate potential mixed-use development in the Hartsdale Four Corners portion of the Town of Greenburgh.
