    NOTICE TO BIDDERS Town of Moriah Police Department (Owner) 38 Park Place Suite 1, Port Henry, New York 12974, Essex County (Address) Town of Moriah Police Department is requesting sealed bids for a single prime contract for renovations of the existing 425 Sq. Ft. 1 story wood framed building wing for extension of the police department. Separate Sealed Bids shall be submitted to the Town of Moriah Town Hall, 38 Park Place Suite 1, Port Henry, New York 12974 (from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. daily) in sealed envelopes with the name and address of the Bidder with specific contract and "Sealed Bid - Police Department Renovations for the Town of Moriah" clearly marked on the face of the envelope. Bids will be received until 4 p.m. on March 19th, 2026. The Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud directly after at the Town of Moriah Town Hall, 38 Park Place, Port Henry, New York 12974. All bidding and contract documents are available in the form of a PDF to any interested bidder through the office of AEDA, P.C. upon request. Paper copies can be requested at a determined value per sheet. Interested bidders should contact Crystalle Burnell at CBurnell@aedapc.com.
