INTRODUCTION:TerraPower, LLC (TerraPower) is seeking a supplier to design and fabricate four (4) Outlet Manifold Flex Joints that will be installed in the Reactor Enclosure System (RES) of the Natrium Reactor Plant.Three (3) Drawings/Specifications applicable to this RFP contain Export Controlled Information (ECI). If you have a TP-ShareFile account and have accepted the NDA, please write to the Contract Administrator (CA) to grant you View/Download access to the ECI files. If you need to set up a new ShareFile account, please complete and send the signed ShareFile Workspace Authorization Request (SWAR) Form to the CA. PLEASE DO NOT UPLOAD ANY ECI IN BONFIRE OR EMAIL; check with CA if you need any assistance.If potential suppliers intend to share TerraPower Confidential Information with their sub-tier partners to develop their quotations, the sub-tier must sign the NDA for this RFP in Bonfire and is non-negotiable.
