This replacement 120,000 square feet, single-story cargo facility has been planned with approximately 95,000 square feet of cargo area, and 25,000 square feet of mezzanine office space along with landside maneuvering depth from West Field Road for approximately 30 trucks. The Project also has an ancillary Ground Service Equipment (GSE) Maintenance Facility (Building 742) of approximately 17,000 square feet on site, but not physically connected, to the cargo facility. In order to construct the new facilities, demolition of the existing Building 730 will be required.

PREQUALIFICATION AND REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL:
The scope includes but is not limited to metal siding, polycarbonate paneling, exterior framing, seismic joints, flashing, and waterproofing for a complete system at New Cargo Building 720.1 and New GSE Building 742. This trade package includes additional cladding over existing Building 742.0.
Trade Package Bid Due Date and Time: By 3PM, 15 business days after posting.
