West Field Garage 675 is a new above-ground 7 stories parking structure at Site 670 adjacent to the 674 Administration building. The parking structure will provide between 1,100 to 1,200 parking spaces and will be built using a moment frame design.

Description of the Trade Package Scope of Work:

Procure and install the garage's exterior skin, including ACM metal panels, Kinetic wall, and metal soffit ceiling; glass and glazing may also be added to this trade package.

Trade Package Bid Due Date and Time : Pre-qualification due date: 2026.05.01.

Estimated Cost: $6,000,000
