In accordance with the existing maintenance agreement, the City is responsible for maintaining these intersections. One traffic signal interconnection system is currently in operation along Limonite Avenue from Archibald Avenue to Eastvale Gateway, serving 8 existing traffic signals. In addition, the City plans to synchronize traffic signals along Hamner Avenue from Schleisman Avenue to Bellegrave Avenue, and along Archibald Avenue from River Road to the northern City limit in a near future, encompassing 10 and 12 existing traffic signals, respectively.The City of Eastvale owns and maintains approximately 4,493 streetlight poles and 4,563 fixtures, consisting of the following:A) 4,386 streetlight poles with a single LED cobra head luminaireB) 48 decorative streetlight poles with LED cobra head luminaires located on Limonite Avenue between Taylor Way and Archibald Avenue, including 12 poles with a single fixture and 36 poles with double fixturesC) 25 decorative streetlight poles at Hamner Place, each with a single decorative LED fixtureD) 34 decorative streetlight poles on River Bridge, each with double decorative fixturesRefer to Exhibit VII for the Streetlight Map. The total term of the agreement awarded shall not exceed five (5) years.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSIn order for a firm to be considered by the City, minimum qualification criteria must be met. For the purposes of this RFP, the successful candidate must:1) Have been in business continuously for the most recent five (5) years prior to the date of this RFP.2) Minimum five (5) most recent years of experience performing similar services as those detailed in the scope of services of this RFP.3) Key personnel must have experience in scope of services requested.4) Both Level II (multiple) and Level III (minimum of one) International Municipal Signal Association (IMSA) certified technicians with at least 3 or more years of experience in their capacity must be available to provide services under this contract.5) Proposers must have a valid registration with the Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) at the time of the proposal submittal.6) Possess a valid State of California Contractors General A (General Engineering Contractor) or C-10 (Electrical Contractor) license throughout the Contract term, including extensions, if any.
