    Description

    The City is soliciting quotes for the purchase of the following traffic signal equipment, including cabinets, video detection system components, and accessible pedestrian signal (APS) push button equipment, as specified herein. All items shall be of the make and model listed to ensure compatibility with existing City infrastructure. No substitutions will be accepted.

    Vendors may submit pricing for any or all items. The City intends to obtain competitive pricing and may evaluate quotes on a line-item basis.

    The City reserves the right to award this procurement in whole or in part. Award may be made by line item, and multiple contracts or purchase orders may be issued to different vendors based on the lowest responsive and responsible pricing for each item.

    • Increase or decrease quantities as needed to meet operational needs.
