    Description

    Transit Fare Study (Event 494) The Rochester Genesee Regional Transportation Authority (RGRTA) seeks a qualified Consultant to conduct a comprehensive Fare Study for the following services: RTS Connect (Fixed Route), RTS On Demand (Microtransit), and RTS Access (Paratransit). The study will evaluate current fare structures and discounts; benchmark peer agencies; model revenue and ridership impacts; and deliver actionable recommendations. RTS utilizes a Supplier Portal for distribution of its solicitations, where Vendors can view documents and submit responses. The portal and relative guides can be found at: https://supplierportal.myrts.com/ Responses must be submitted through the RTS Supplier Portal before the date and time identified in the Event. Any firm appearing on the Comptroller General’s List of Ineligible Contractors is not eligible to participate in this Event. RGRTA is a tax-exempt Public Authority. Business enterprises awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years: None Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business (SDVOB) SDVOB Goal: 6.00% Minority / Women Business Enterprise contracting goals (MWBE) Total MWBE Goals: 30.00%
