Prolonged or excessive exposure to workplace noise or airborne contaminants can result in long-term health effects such as hearing loss, respiratory issues, or other occupational illnesses that may also impact employee performance and comfort. To proactively manage these risks and ensure compliance with OSHA, NIOSH, and other applicable standards, RTA seeks the services of a highly qualified consultant to conduct comprehensive noise and air monitoring across key operational and maintenance job functions. The objective is to identify work areas or tasks where exposures exceed recommended or regulatory thresholds, evaluate employee exposure levels, and provide recommendations for effective control measures—including engineering controls, administrative practices, or use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
