    Description

    The Invitation for Bid (IFB) seeks qualified organizations to provide the MHTC and Missouri Department of Transportation with current model year or newer OEM Standard Minivans and/or Passenger Van vehicles to purchase for the State Transit Program. The contracts shall commence from the executed contract date through three (3) years with the option of two (2) one-year renewals. Questions and issues should be submitted no later than ten (10) calendar days prior to the due date of the solicitation. MoDOT will receive bids electronically through MissouriBUYS Powered By MOVERS, by mail through USPS, UPS, or FEDEX. If you intend to submit a hard copy bid, you should notify the buyer of record, Ashten Lorts, five (5) days before the solicitation closing date via email (ashten.lorts@modot.mo.gov). MoDOT will not accept any bid responses via email.
