    The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission, MD (the "WSSC"), is soliciting sealed responses for Transmission Main Replacement and Repair Services. Responses are to be submitted via WSSC's eProcurement Portal via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/wsscwater PRIOR TO 2PM on Thursday, February 19, 2026. Late responses will not be accepted.

    It is the intent of the Commission to retain a Contractor to provide excavation and replacement of 16” and greater transmission mains, which shall include, but not be limited to, the following types of pipe segments, prestressed concrete cylinder pipe (PCCP), ductile iron pipe (DIP), cast iron pipe (CIP), and steel sections throughout Prince George’s and Montgomery Counties, Maryland.  Excavation shall be required to expose pipe for forensic analysis.  Pipe segments may be replaced with different segment material.  Such material will be chosen at the discretion of the Commission.
