    QUESTIONS DUE: July 21, 2026 by 4:00 PM EST to: generalservices@orangecountygov.com Orange County (County), as the host-agency for the Orange County Transportation Council (OCTC), seeks proposals from qualified transportation and transit planning professionals to assist the County and OCTC with program management and planning services for its Federal and New York State (State) funded transportation and transit programs, although it is anticipated that the selected Consultant will largely be focused on transportation planning and programs outlined in OCTC’s Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP) (which can be found on the County’s website using the following link: https://www.orangecountygov.com/1075/Unified-Planning-Work-Program) and provide secondary assistance with transit planning and programs as may be necessary.
