    NOTICE TO BIDDERS Metropolitan Utilities District (the “District”) will receive sealed bids through the District’s ProcureWare website https://mudomaha.procureware.com (the “Procurement Portal”) until April 15, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. (the “Bid Due Date”), at which time, the bids will be publicly opened and read in the Operating Center Lobby Conference Room “A” (3100 South 61st Ave., Omaha, NE) for furnishing of all supplies, materials, equipment, labor, and superintendence to: TRASH REMOVAL AND RECYCLING SERVICES FOR METROPOLITAN UTILITIES DISTRICT FACILITIES 2026-2030 All bids will only be accepted electronically through the Procurement Portal. It is important to note that if the bid pertains to technology services, Bidder certifies that it complies with the requirements of the Nebraska Foreign Adversary Prohibition Act: Nebraska Foreign Adversary Prohibition Act. The Bidder certifies and agrees that it has read and shall comply with the Nebraska Foreign Adversary Contracting Prohibition Act (Neb. Rev. Stat. §§73-901 to 73-907). Specifically, Seller verifies and agrees (1) that Seller is not a scrutinized company as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. §73-903; (2) that Seller will not subcontract with a scrutinized company for any aspect of performance of the contemplated contract presented in connection with the Purchase Order; and (3) that any products or services to be provided by Seller do not originate with a scrutinized company.
