UTILITIES BID PACKAGE

 

Signed bids will be received in a sealed envelope addressed to MCKINNEY MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT NO. 2 OF COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS (“Owner”) via the design engineer Kimley-Horn and Associates, Inc. at 6160 Warren Parkway, Suite 210, Frisco, Texas 75034 until 10:00 a.m. on June 23, 2026 and then publicly opened and read, for the work necessary for the paving for approximately 101 single family residential lots and ±1,964 LF of Arterial Roadway in McKinney, Texas ETJ

Contract documents, plans and specifications will be available via CivCast at www.civcastusa.com

Certified/Cashier’s check or acceptable bidder’s bonds, payment without recourse to Owner in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of total bid submitted must accompany bid.  Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities and technicalities.
