- Construction of new tertiary filtration facility;
- Construction of new chemical storage and feed facility; and
- Electrical and site improvements required for implementation of the work above.

Two guided walking tours of the project site will take place at the Mountain Creek Regional Wastewater System Treatment Plant located at 1717 Auger Rd., Midlothian, Texas 76065 on Tuesday, January 20, 2026 at 3:00 PM, following the pre-proposal meeting, and Tuesday, February 3, 2026 at 2:00 PM. Attendance in one of the two site visits is mandatory in order to submit a proposal.
