Trinity River Authority – Technical Proposal – MCRWS Expansion from 7.0 to 10.0 MGD REBID

The Project scope includes the following major items:

• Construction of new aeration basins and secondary clarifier;
• Rehabilitation of two existing secondary clarifiers;
• Improvements to existing influent pump station, existing headworks, existing blower facility, existing non-potable water pump station, existing RAS WAS pump station, and existing solids dewatering building;
• Construction of new tertiary filtration facility;
• Construction of new chemical storage and feed facility; and
• Electrical and site improvements required for implementation of the work above.

The Authority welcomes Proposals from Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUBs). Contractors and suppliers submitting Proposals shall encourage HUBs to participate in performance of the Contract.

Selection of the Contractor shall be made using a competitive sealed proposal process in accordance with Texas Government Code Chapter 2269.
