The project includes the following approximate quantities of work: 171 tons of Class E Rip Rap, 45 acres of subgrade and seedbed preparation, 45.8 acres of permanent seeding, and other appurtenant work normally associated with a coal mine repair project. The cost of construction for this project is estimated at $290,000. The work under this contract must be completed by December 31, 2026. The Plans and Construction Specifications governing the construction of the proposed improvements have been prepared by Shive-Hattery, Inc. and are hereby made a part of this notice by reference and the proposed Contract shall be executed in compliance therewith. This project shall comply with Davis-Bacon Wage Requirements.
