All shortlisted ESCOs have previously demonstrated their experience, expertise, technical capabilities, and possessed all mandatory licenses to fully provide turnkey energy services, including comprehensive energy audits, savings analysis, project recommendations, design, construction, and financing of asset improvements, of medium to large scale renewable energy project(s). PROPOSALS RECEIVED BY VENDORS NOT INCLUDED IN CONTRACT P-25-016 WILL NOT BE REVIEWED.
