Vehicle relocation to a different dwelling site shall be made at City’s sole discretion. However, San Diego Police Department (SDPD) and Fire-Rescue Department vehicles shall be programmed to dwell only at SDPD and Fire-Rescue sites, and other departments should not be programmed at these sites.
