All questions received by the cutoff date and time will be responded to via an addendum. Contact regarding this solicitation with any State personnel other than the solicitation facilitator listed above may result in rejection of the response. Responder(s) offering an approved equal should provide information to the State for evaluation. The information should be received no later than the date and time listed above.
